Having managed and opened numerous eateries, including the Criterion Brasserie in London for Marco Pierre White, Alex knows first-hand the recipe for success. Each week, Alex will visit a different restaurant in the UK, all of which are searching for a chef to transform the kitchen. Applicants will go head-to-head, proving their worth through a series of progressively challenging tasks.
