With unprecedented, behind-the-scenes access to HMS Raleigh in Cornwall, Royal Navy Sailor School takes a candid look at the incredible journey which transforms them into sailors.

Through a network of fixed rig cameras, the series follows men and women from the moment they arrive at HMS Raleigh to the moment they pass out – if they make it.

Over 50 cameras capture two classes of 16-37 year-olds as they embark on the 10-week intensive Initial Navy Training course which puts them to the ultimate test – from stretcher runs to high ropes, Weapons Handling and 20km treks to Mess Deck hijinks.
